In this week’s episode we’re going to talk about What To Send Your List In May.
So today we are kicking it old school because I’ve been doing this for quite a while now, we are going to talk about four things that you can send your list in May.
Episode 177 of the Inbox Besties Podcast Listen on iTunes| Stitcher | Spotify ????
So if you are completely frazzled out, you do not know what to send. Do you get keyboard tied? This is the episode for you. Of course, you can use this sentence starters to talk about a blog post that you have, a podcast episode. Remember, guys, of course, you can interchange how any of these go.
You can use them to actually talk about a product that you have for sale or even spin them into some affiliate stuff which you’ll be able to learn more how to do when you go to Katedoster.com/freetraining.
Week 1: First Tuesday in May is National Teachers’ Day.
So the first week that we have is technically time sensitive because it does revolve around something in real time. And that is the first Tuesday in May as National Teachers Day.
So you just don’t have to send this in Tuesday.
You can send this on Monday, Friday, even the week after, and being like in celebration of National Teachers Day last week and then go into it. So if you do something crafting wise, maybe you are going to give them the best gifts that people can give to their students, teachers. You know, if you are in the home schooling, maybe for National Teachers Day, you’re going to send them a principal about how awesome they are and how they get to print it out.
You’re going to get them like I’m an amazing teacher award and then ask them to follow, you know, follow you on social and then post it on social when they hang it up, which can be really fun.
You could also use this one actually to spin. If your audience needs help with courses that you yourself have taken but you don’t teach upon, you could do it as well. So say if I was in the B2B space, maybe I taught Instagram and I actually took an amazing course on email marketing called Love Your List.
I could talk about how great of a teacher Kate is and how much you know, they’ve had great results with Love your list and then they could give their affiliating towards the core.
Honestly it can be talking about, even a really crappy teacher that you had and how that affected you and how you always try to do things differently in your courses and in your products. And, look, you can tag something on to the end of that.
Week 2:_______ reasons I’ve been able to ________ (pitch paid offer at the end.)
Number two, we have blank reasons. I’ve been able to and then you’re going to pitch some type of paid offer at the end. So three reasons why I’ve been able to scale to six figures in three months and then you give those reasons.
Maybe it was prioritizing, maybe with outsourcing, maybe it was doing a high ticket coaching. Right. And so then what you are going to sell is your program that you have for high ticket coaching.
If it is, you know, three reasons I’ve been able to curb night eating. One of which is that you’re going eat earlier, two is that you’ve replaced the habit, and three is that you found some more filling dinners, that you even have a sweet component. And then that third one, we always want to relate to a paid product, which is why in your new cookbook, in your new way of planning kit, you’re including the sort of curb night eating stuff.
So I would try to make sure that the third one in particular truly, truly relates really, really big to what product or service you’re going to pitch.
This is also, again, a really great one. If you don’t have a product yet or maybe you’re just not in the middle of a launch to score some sweet affiliate income by using this again, we’re still selling them three things that we did.
We’re just not showing them how necessarily we do it. It’s like which is why we’ve done this and it’s all in the course. And here’s how we’re going to help you do all of that
Week 3: My best time saving tip for ________
Number three is one of my fav’s, and that is the best time saving tip for. But I want you to get really, really granular.
I don’t want you to be the best timesaving tips for mom or even for chores.
It can literally be, you know, the best timesaving tips for doing the dishes. Right.
My best time saving tip for creating Instagram Reel’s. So if you guys been following me on Instagram, I have did posted a reel a day for about nine days. And then I decided to take the weekend off because I wanted to test a hypothesis that my staff would have higher reach if I wasn’t posting every day. So I’m going to be searching for it every other day and we’re definitely gonna have an inbox.
Don't know What To Send Your List In May? Let's talk about four things that you can send your list in May that your list can't wait to open.. #inboxbesties #spring #mayAnd what’s really nice about those timesaving tips is that most of us usually have some type of blog post that we can point people to our podcast episode or YouTube video. It can be a great way to get some eyeballs on either some fresh content.
Everyone loves love, loves to save time.
Week 4: How to stay ________ even if ________ (Example: How to stay organized even if you lose everything.)
So the example that I have here is how to stay organized, even if you lose everything, because like we have talked about and as you guys remember from our headline examples that we talked about a couple of weeks ago, when people have excuses, at least that means that they are thinking, I’m not saying that they’ll take action as much as we truly want them to, but they’ll actually get to thinking.
But this can be a really great way to sort of upscale some of those other excuses that you had.
We’re trying to think of things that people fell off the horse on and we’re going to give them one or two tips they’re going to help them out with. If you want to give them more than that, send them to a blog, post, a podcast, or if you got a paid product that’s going to help them stay organized, even if they lose everything like a Turlough magic, then you’re going to go ahead and you’re going to pitch that towards the end as well.
But I always really love to give some type of tip, some type of attitude change, some type of adjustment, sometimes of encouragement or story before I go ahead and pitch something.
