You were brave enough to run a webinar, so let’s make sure you make some sales on it.
Today we’re going to go over three quick tips to help you score more sales from your online workshops and webinar without sounding like a desperate loser or a pushy jerk. (Because you’re not).
1. Use Mock-Ups
This gives your digitals products from weight. It’s also works pretty sweet if you’ve got some freebies that you want people to download to.
The best apps for this are Placeit.net and Smartmockups.com. Smart mockup is a free app that places pictures of your course videos, pdfs, sales into scenes with people on their computer looking it.
Let’s go ahead and pick this woman right here with her laptop:
You can either upload a picture of your course logo or hit “screenshot url” and input your sales page url.
Tah-dah! Now she’s looking at your sales page.
This creates “Foreshadowing” it paints a mental picture of someone else landing on your sales page and buying.
If you’re rocking out the photoshop or gimp check out freepik or Graphicburger from free and paid mockup. Like this:
2. Shout out people when they buy
There is nothing more awesome than getting your name called by someone who’s famous, and if you’re the one running those webinars, you’re the famous person.
This also has a dual benefit is that other people will see that people are actually buying your course. Social proof. Yay! So welcome members to your course clan during the q & a.
3. Have a strong follow up email sequence
If you spent so long creating a value soaked presentation, promoted the bejeezus out of it, you better remind people about it afterward. Especially if you have a big ticket item.
Go ahead and talk about the benefits, talk about any objections that people might have, and always talk about the results they’ll get and how much faster if they invest in your course.
Hi ya Kate,
These are some great tips. I love using mock-ups to add realism. Haven’t done a webinar yet, but thinking of doing one soon.
